Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Bolly.AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account info: name, email, billing details.
• Content you upload: videos, audio, transcripts, templates.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, errors encountered.
• Device data: IP, browser, OS — used for security and bug triage.

How we use it

• To deliver the Service you're paying for.
• To improve reliability, performance, and security.
• To communicate about your account and (if you opt in) product updates.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not train Bolly.AI models on your uploaded content.
• We do not use content for advertising purposes.

Sharing

We share data only with vetted sub-processors required to run the Service (cloud hosting, analytics, payments). Every sub-processor is under a DPA. A current list is available on request at privacy@bolly.ai.

Retention

Source videos are retained for 30 days after upload for re-processing and debugging, then deleted. Exported clips are yours and stored until you delete them. Account data is kept as long as your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion for financial record-keeping.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from account settings or by contacting privacy@bolly.ai. We'll respond within 30 days.

International transfers

Bolly.AI is a global service. By using it you consent to your data being processed in regions where we or our sub-processors operate, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we delete it.
