Refund Policy
Straight-forward, no legal gymnastics.
Monthly plans
Not feeling it? Email support@bolly.ai within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund you in full — no questions, no exit survey. After 7 days you can cancel anytime and we won't charge you again; past periods aren't refunded.
Annual plans
If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, we refund the full annual charge. After 30 days, you keep access for the remainder of the year — we don't prorate partial-year refunds.
Team plans
Team plans refund pro-rata for the remaining unused seat-months, less a one-time $50 admin fee. Contact billing@bolly.ai to start.
API credits
Pre-paid API credits are non-refundable once the account has exceeded 100 API calls. Unused credits never expire.
When we'll always refund
- Duplicate charges caused by our payment system.
- A material service outage where processing was unavailable for more than 24 hours in a calendar month.
- Accidental renewal within 48 hours, unused.
How to request
Email support@bolly.ai from the address on the account. Include your user ID or the charge ID from your invoice. We process approved refunds within 5 business days.
