Terms and Conditions

Effective date: January 1, 2026.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bolly.AI platform, websites, and APIs (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Bolly.AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Bolly.AI”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Your content

You own the content you upload. You grant Bolly.AI a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to deliver the Service (for example, generating clips, captions, and scheduled posts). We do not train our models on customer content.

3. Acceptable use

  • No uploading content you don't have the right to use, including copyrighted material without permission.
  • No generating deceptive deepfakes of real people without disclosure.
  • No attempts to reverse-engineer, probe security, or abuse rate limits on the API.
  • No illegal, defamatory, harassing, or CSAM content — this is an immediate termination.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled per the Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service (code, models, branding, UI) is owned by Bolly.AI and licensed to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. You may not copy, resell, or use our branding without written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from settings.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated output may contain errors — review before publishing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bolly.AI's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here and, for material changes, email active users at least 14 days in advance.
